Glenn

has worked in the health care industry for more than 16 years,
serving in executive capacities for urban teaching and community
hospitals.
Glenn
also served as Director, Hospital Accreditation Program at the
JCAHO where he was instrumental in the design
and implementation of the organization’s sentinel event
policy and protocol. He has successfully coached many organizations
through the process of investigating medical errors and the challenge
of sentinel events.
